Key responsibilities of the role:

- Natural Resources Industry exposure

- Demonstrate a strong track record of solving complex business issues and delivering client satisfaction

- Exhibit effective oral and written communication, leadership, project management, and teamwork skills with an ability to interact effectively with different levels of management, from office workers to - C- suite executives.

- Mentor or lead junior team members on a project

- Maintain good relationships with clients and project PMs

Experience:

- Experience In driving ERP or Technology led Value Architecting or Value Realization work

- 1-8 years of experience in designing end to end Business process skills in the Natural Resources Industry (Energy/Oil/Power/gas/utilities)

- Candidate should have deep functional domain knowledge who has been part of more than atleast ERP design and implementation life-cycle

- Process design skills as Functional consultant for enterprise systems like SAP HANA/SAP S4 HANA

- Experience in setting up dashboards and BI layer to drive Value Analysis and Reporting

- Should be open to travel in and outside the country

- Engineering Degree
