The contractor Sourcing Manager is responsible for the sourcing and recruitment of contract resources for Accenture.
Key responsibilities:
1. Provide leading practices regarding contractor recruitment options to align with defined objectives and budget.
2. Operates with a large degree of autonomy and independence. Provides recommendations on policy/process improvements and provides input to the development of new procedures for area of responsibility. Typically supervises and plans and prioritizes complex activities for team.
4. Uses judgment to make a variety of decisions, most complex in nature. Decisions occasionally impact other teams
5. Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
6. Manages customer/ client relationships within own area of responsibility. Resolves most customer/client requests/issues/disputes escalated by lower level staff. Seeks assistance when needed. Builds relationships beyond own team to better service customers.
7. Applies comprehensive knowledge of a professional or technical field. Considered a senior resource in functional/technical area and often called upon to provide functional/technical guidance to less experienced incumbents
8. Communicate with the team to determine the effectiveness of contractor / temp staff recruitment plans.
9. Maintain the candidate database (e.g. updating contact information, candidates- geographical locations, and availability for new work).
10. Develop and implement contractor / temp staff recruitment strategies, tactics, funnels, and procedures.
11. Communicate contractor / temp staff recruitment goals and objectives with recruiters.
12. Effectively manage stakeholders within the organization as well at vendor organization

Job Description
1. Manage the Sourcing of Candidates as Contractors for Accenture. Define hiring and sourcing approach for identified positions
2. Designs, develops and maintain the contractor sourcing process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
3. Conduct external sourcing - contractor recruitment events (such as job fairs). Develop list of candidates to be screened.
4. Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
5. Explores the market best practices in the contractor recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
6. Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
7. Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
8. Manages and develops the team of Recruiters.
9. Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics
10. Prepare daily / weekly reports for internal review to show tasks in progress, the number candidates searched, and the number of qualified candidates found etc.
11. Build networks to find qualified candidates.
