The Recruiter - Senior Analyst is accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan.
The Recruiter - Senior Analyst administers the recruiting process for a small to medium-sized recruiting demand plan or shares in the administration of a medium to large recruiting demand plan.
The Recruiter - Senior Analyst may supervise or provide direction to 1-2 Recruiter - Analysts and or or Recruiting Operations Assistants.
Reports to: GU Recruiting AP or Senior Manager OR Recruiter - Manager or Senior Specialist or Specialist Supervises: May supervise Recruiter -Analysts and or or Recruiting Operations Assistants
External Relationships: Channels or Sources. Universities Search Firms Internet Job Boards Accenture Alumni etc.. Recruiting and or or HR Organizations
