The position of Service Management Lead has been established through the merger of several existing functions within the team: OG Relationship Managers and Quality Assurance Lead.
The Proposal Support Analyst role will support the Senior Proposal Support Analyst in the following :
- Providing standard proposal content or Q&A responses
- Identifying and securing approval of appropriate credentials and case studies for proposal responses
- Undertaking research to source specialised content for proposals
- Performing editorial and proof reading services for the Bid Managers
- Engaging with a range of other internal support teams to source and validate sales information such as Accenture Research Creative Services Marketing Alliance Services and Competitive Intelligence
- Supporting for orals preparation. In addition it is anticipated that this person will work with our operational staff onshore and offshore. to assist with the ongoing development of our Self Service Repository of sales collateral which is available to our sales teams including:
- Range of best practice methods processes assets and advice and guidance for Bid or Proposal Management
- Credentials and Proposal Repository
- Frequently asked Q&A's
- Fast Fact Pack
- UK Market and Industry sector intelligence

Qualification : BTech / BE - No Civil
Certification : CCNA / CCNP
Preferably : Candidates based out of Pune Location
