Years of experience : 7-10 Years
We are looking for candidates who has Worked in PMO, With an experience in Transition Management.
End to End Transition Management - Not in to Operations
Aware of the Fundamental concepts of PMO
Experience in Governance Concepts.
Must have worked on international transition Projects.
Excellent communication Skills.
Certifications - Six Sigma, PMP - Added Advantage
Documentation Plan/Proficiency assessment
Due diligence
Looking for candidates who are flexible with any shifts - (Preferably US shift)
NOTE :

2) Prior Experience in Mobilization is a must for this role.
DETAILED PROJECT CONTROL Responsibilities :
Responsibility Overall :
Establish ongoing PMO process management to ensure high quality consistent PMO support for :
Risk, Issue, Action, Decisions (RAID) and Client Dependency Management
Critical Path Management
Produces Program Status reporting (including tracking project plan and contractual & key milestones/deliverables)
Consistent input preparation for all Governance forum (internal and external)
Decision records and minutes of all program level Governance meetings (internal and external)
Manage team contacts and locations; maintain contact list, responsibilities matrix, and holiday/absence log
Document Configuration Management and Document standards (including standard emails, naming convention, version control etc)
Create Program sharepoint site
Maintain Program calendar
- Maintains a central repository of all project documentation Meetings
Note : Update as per Project specific MOS
- Weekly Transition Program Status Meeting (Internal / Client)
- Weekly/Fortnightly Accenture Internal Steering Group Meetings
- Transition Review Board Meeting with Client
- Daily/Weekly RAID Management Internal Meeting
- Accenture Internal Service Readiness Reviews
- Accenture Internal Go/No Go Meeting
- Client Checkpoint Review Meeting
Skills & knowledge :
- Existing Transition/Project account PMO processes and governance
- Experience on MPP.
- PMP / Other recognized Project Management qualification
- Experience in previous PMO roles within Accenture
- Experience of implementing PMO processes within Accenture and client environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
