Job role:
A TPM Consultant ( Total Productive Maintenance) will be responsible for coordinating, organizing and supporting execution for the implementation of TPM, according to the overall JIPM TPM Methodology for our Client to achieve sustainable and continuous improvement. He / she will be responsible to engage with clients or support client teams to discuss Autonomous Maintenance (AM) / Reliability Centered Maintenance / Focused Improvement (FI) / Planned Maintenance (PM) / Early Management (EM)/ Maintenance & Set up KOBETSU KAIZEN. Lead Focused Improvement / LSS efforts and provide guidance to TPM Engagements and/or other pillar focusing on process capability, throughput, loss and KPI improvements. Drive team based and data driven culture.
Conducting Assessment of client processes
- Training Accenture client employees in TPM methodologies and Reliability
- Execute and Lead Change Management of the local site based implementation of Asset Care
Excellence & Total Productive Maintenance as defined and supported by the Global TPM Program.
- Conducting organization level reviews of process improvement initiatives
- Conduct equipment level loss bucket identification and classification based major losses in terms of P, Q, C, D, S, M.,i.e capacity, downtimes and rejections
- Evaluate Maintenance Excellence Maturity and overall transformation roadmap to implement maintenance excellence
- Develop OEE ( Overall Equipment Effectiveness) data collection plan, Data Definition, Loss tree, and OEE improvement plan and implementation.
- Liaising with and advising clients across multiple industries at a mid to senior management level for large multi location global organizations
- Develop, execute and maintain project work plan and budget for teams comprising upto 4-5 analysts
- Contribute to building the knowledge base of TPM & JIPM based process improvement
- Demonstrated skills in working with shop floor people, team development and leadership skills.
- Strong listening and influence management skills are essential
Identifying opportunities to deliver service line's Lean Six Sigma based continuous improvement offerings
Skills Required:
- Tier 1 Engineering Institute or Post graduate in Sciences or statistics
- Post graduate degree in Management -preferred
- Lean Six Sigma MBB/BB trained (certification - preferred)
- JIPM TPM Certified
- Mfg reliability and maintenance with a 1-8 years of experience in plant maintenance, TPM with work experience in large firms in energy or metals, mining firms, Auto Components and Suppliers, Pharma, Consumer goods and services, Manufacturing and Fabrication etc
- Knowledge of atleast one of the following tools: Any six sigma or statistical analysis tool such as Minitab; any Process mapping tool such as Aris, SigmaXL, Sigmaflow.
- Work experience in atleast two of the following functional domains: Manufacturing, Services, IT/ITeS/ BPO/KPO
- Work experience in atleast two of the following Industry domains: Utilities, Energy, CGS, Banking, Insurance (all preferred)
