Total Rewards Manager
Objective :
Responsible for the implementation of Rewards programs and initiatives, aligned to the long term HR strategy and business goals. Develop and apply global guidelines, frameworks, tool kits and methodologies for the delivery of Accenture's total rewards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for implementing the Total rewards processes, policies, programs in alignment with Business and HR strategy
- Support Total rewards lead in various programs and initiatives in the total rewards area mainly:
- Rewards Strategy : Establish rewards strategies that attract and retain the best talents in the organization
- Compensation Program Design : conduct salary planning, tie compensation to the performance assessment process and communicate the compensation structure to employees.
- Rewards Benchmarking : Participate in benchmarking exercises; extract insight from benchmarking reports, analyze and interpret results and identify improvement opportunities to and ensure market data analysis and recommendations are aligned with compensation strategy and direction for the region / country.
- Communication Planning and Management : Define the yearly communication plan, formulate objectives for employee communications. Develop guidelines for the use of available communication channels.
- Apply skills and experience related to data analytics and interpretation, understanding and interpreting insights where applied statistics, pattern analysis, predictive analytics or similar methods have been used
- Identify tools and technologies that increase performance, learning and productivity with respect to compensation processes
- Work on enhancements to the Total rewards systems, tools and processes, designing processes, procedures, systems requirements, reports, policies and other enabling tools necessary to effectively implement compensation processes
- Act as subject matter expert, applying comprehensive knowledge of one or more compensation processes and associated tools and maintain expert knowledge by researching best practices, monitoring legal developments, evaluating emerging trends, keeping appraised of technological advancements and conducting benchmark comparisons
- Responsible for effective execution and delivery of Compensation and Compensation Admin activities
- Establish and build relationships with multiple internal/external customers

- Requires analysis and solving of moderately complex problems. Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.
- Requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
- Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels within Accenture.

Experience :
- 8 to 10 years of compensation/ compensation related experience
- Experience in Overseas compensation/ Global Mobility preferred
