Accenture - Global Payroll Capability Lead

Job Summary:
Global Payroll Capability Lead is mainly responsible for globally supporting Accenture's growth and innovation efforts through providing subject matter expertise and industrialized assets to enable differentiated solutions, as well as driving increased collaboration and leading practices across payroll accounts through our global Capability Action Network.
Lead will also be responsible for working with Accenture preferred Global/Regional/Local payroll providers
Key Responsibilities:
Operational:
Leverage in-depth understanding of industry, domain, and competition to help implement best in class technology and drive delivery excellence initiatives.
Work closely with Talent & HR Offering lead to expanding payroll business as per Accentures payroll go-to market strategy.
Review& report Accenture payroll partnerships and stay abreast of payroll market and partner performance.
Evaluate payroll delivery performance of existing clients and recommend continuous improvement & innovation areas.
Track Payroll Services pipeline to determine potential clients, reach out to Sales and Solution teams to work with them (both virtually and onsite) during the deal cycle. The main responsibilities will be to
Establish self as an expert for respective offering/capability and work with Sales & Solutions teams during the entire Deal Process.
Increase awareness of Payroll BPS assets and ensure inclusion in solution with right assumptions and structure
Work with Solution Architect to ensure right sizing of delivery teams, allocation of delivery centers
Work on RFI/RFP processes and creation of client facing materials to showcase Accenture capabilities
Engage with client senior leadership team during orals/client presentations whenever required and present Accenture Payroll Operations Capabilities
Provide guidance & support to new payroll opportunities during their transition and stabilization period. This guidance involves
Working with client retained payroll CoE & payroll vendors/partners at a strategy level
Review current payroll vendors performance
If required, creating partnerships with new vendors in new locations
Contract & pricing negotiations with vendors
Provide special focus on next generation offerings by driving analytics/automation and client business value across global portfolio
Strengthen assets by updating SDS, creating materials to be used by internal teams, client presentations, FAQs and increase awareness and utilization of assets via collaboration/networking and CAN calls.
Support CAN (Capability Action Network) calls to promote teamwork, share best practices & develop a positive work environment.
Contribute to knowledge capital, develop & maintain Next Gen & Standard Delivery solution assets for Employee and HR Services
Qualifications:
Education:
University degree required, Qualified MBA in HR
12+ years of Payroll experience
