Accenture - EPM Process Role

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prepare and facilitate sessions on application design and process design

- Apply Financial concepts to translate functional requirements into Function/Technical design

- Design and develop application components/objects (business rules, scripts, reports, process management) based on the application design and chosen EPM technology

- Independently troubleshoot and resolve application/functional process challenges in a timely manner; Map complex processes into logical design components for future-state processes

- Led individual work streams associated with a Planning/Budgeting/Forecasting implementation. Examples include: Budgeting/Forecasting Process Lead, Application and Unit Testing Lead, Training Lead, and UAT Lead

- Assist with conversion and reconciliation of financial data for EPM applications

- Preparation of key deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials and administration/procedural guides.

- Develop simple and easy-to-understand content to present information and ideas

Qualifications:

MBA Finance or CA or Master's in Finance.

Experience:

- Minimum 2-3 years hands-on experience in EPM processes and relevant technology (Hyperion, Anaplan, TM1, SAP BPC, OneStream etc)

- One to three years of experience in Budgeting/Forecasting and/or Financial Reporting/Analysis processes.

- Strong Hands-on experience on data conversion and reconciliation,

- Experience with Hyperion technologies - OnPrem or Cloud (Planning, Essbase, HFR, FDMEE) is a plus

- Strong hands-on experience in any one of the EPM technologies (Hyperion, Anaplan, TM1, SAP BPC, OneStream etc)

Key Competencies and Skills:

- Proficient in Oracle SmartView and MS Excel

- Can create logical plan (e.g. workplan, storyboard) for an activity or project segment

- Strong Communication (both written and verbal), Analytical and Organizational skills

- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.

- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

- Desire to work in an information systems environment.
