Within our C&PR practice, working towards Real Estate engagements, the key expectations from the role will be to advise clients on transformational strategies across the recent trends in Real Estate:

- Portfolio transformation - for more effective business strategy and cost impact

- Process redesign - improving efficiency, effectiveness and customer experience including sustainability

- Technology transformation - IT strategy, roadmap, system selection and implementation for Smart Buildings

- MBA from Tier-1 B School

- 1-4 years of experience for an Analyst and 4-8 years of experience for a Consultant, across Real Estate Transformation, EBITDA improvement programs, GL/ PO/ AP data analysis, Business case development, Strategy formulation, Spend analysis across financial and operational data

Preferred experience across :

- Working knowledge and understanding of smart buildings, operational, and workplace technology industry.

- Understanding the value propositions of Smart Buildings and Sustainability

- Appreciation of global location strategies and impact on manufacturing, talent, and sourcing decisions

- Familiarity with how real estate initiatives relate to, and work in support of enterprise sustainability and ESG commitments.

- Functional experience in full lifecycle implementation of one or more of the leading Integrated Workplace Management Solutions (IWMS) - IBM TRIRIGA, Tango Workplace/Retail, Planon, Archibus

- Experience in a real estate consulting or construction industry experience is desirable

- Hands-on experience with analytical tools such as MS Excel, PowerBI, Alteryx would be an added advantage
