Job Summary :
The person should be able to :
- Provide contract execution and administrative on support to Global and or or Regional Service Centers personnel including Contract Managers at all levels; and
- Assist in development of Contract Management Processes.
- Maintenance of Contract related trackers and coordination with project delivery teams
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for ensuring contract compliance and resolution of issues;
- Supports project team or Contract Management Global or Regional Service Center in accomplishing assigned tasks including administrative tasks such as filing or other documentation management activities;
- Performs basic research of applicable laws and regulations;
- May work on small multiple engagements or single engagement or may work within a service center administrative function under supervision and guidance;
- Generate reports to monitor contract compliance including uploading of Risks and Issues on tool; - Assist in applying the contract management tools and techniques to assigned projects for the performance of Service Center designated activities;
- Drafting and managing Contract Management processes;
- Reviewing and drafting contracts work order change orders etc. under supervision and guidance;
- Responsible for management of SharePoint and communication records; and
- Liaison with client personnel if directed by the Contract Manager.
- Preparation and management of Contract Compliance Tracker Tool .CCTT.
- Driving Client Data Protection policy compliance Business Records keeping and Data Privacy across the deal including overall monitoring of roll-on or roll-off of the resources on delivery teams- Generating and updating contract management Monthly Status Report
- Supporting Project Management Office in drafting mailers for all employees increasing contract awareness
- Tracking of all contractual obligations and ensuring conformance by delivery teams
- Supporting Client Finance Manager with Invoicing and ensuring contractual compliance
- Reviewing Non-Disclosure Agreements and Contract related research
- Review RFI or RFP responses
- Work directly with MSKM .Major Subcontractor Management. and subcontractors
- Supporting training activities for Service Centers personnel
Relationships :
- Reports to: Senior Contract Manager .Level A. or Contract Manager .Level B to D.
- Supervises: May supervise or support Contract Management professionals - Level F or below
- External Relationships: None On Site Contract Managers Procurement Delivery Teams Client Finance Manager .on the project.
Qualifications :
- Education: College degree required; Advanced degree in business contract management law or engineering IT preferred.
- Work Experience: Experience in Contract Management or Procurement or Legal preferred.
- Membership in the International Association for Contract and Commercial Management .IACCM. or National Contract Management Association .NCMA. and professional certification preferred.
- Work Requirements: Travel may be required.May need to work overlap hours with geographies other than own e.g. US Europe India and Australia
Knowledge and Skill Requirements :
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
- Ability to read and understand small non-complex contracts and agreements;
- Ability to respond swiftly is detail-oriented organized and flexible;
- Strong time management prioritization with professional and positive attitude;
- Strong oral written communication and inter personal skills; and
- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word skills.
