Principal Duties And Responsibilities:  Experienced Insurance professional with significant experience in life Insurance/P&C(Property and casualty insurance) consulting and sound understanding of domain  Advise Insurance Carriers on a range of issues around Sales, Underwriting, Policy, Billing, Claims, Cost Reduction, Operating model design, business process optimization,   Partner with global deal teams in selling, and solution development of client deals by providing subject matter expertise  Help shape thought capital around current and emerging Insurance topics and contribute to development of Accenture POV.  Support practice development through staffing, capability development and knowledge management, etc.  Build strong relationships with global Accenture Insurance Client Account teams, and further develop existing relationships based on mutual benefit and synergies  Supports Insurance consulting engagements in an offshore/onshore model  Engage in activities like process mapping, gap analysis etc.  Design business architecture/ supervising business architecture implementation activities  Implementation of technology within a risk area, including the implementation of MIS solutions.   Supervising business diagnosis and planning activities  Supervising business architecture and process design activities  Defining testing and implementation activities for architectures, capabilities and processes  Preparing the client for deployment (communications, training)  Qualifications:  Master's in Business Administration from a reputed institute  Strong academic background. Industry certifications such as FLMI, CPCU, INS, FIII preferred  Experience:  Should have 4-8 years of work experience in consulting firms (Big 4) or in the life insurance/P&C(Property and casualty) insurance industry  Life Insurance - Distribution, New Business and Underwriting, Policy Services, Claims  P&C Insurance: (Personal or Commercial Lines) - Distribution, New Business and Underwriting, Policy Services, Billing, Claims  Broking/ Reinsurance  Business Analysis  Key Competencies and Skills:  Strong Project Management skills and demonstrated experience in managing teams across functions and geographies  Exposure to working in globally distributed workforce environment including offshore mode  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  Open to travel for variable periods of time  Open to temporary relocation as needed
