Job Summary
As part of the Accenture Digital Interactive Digital marketing team, this exciting and interesting position will lead strategic initiatives across marketing organizations. Implementing these initiatives will create tangible economic, stakeholder value for Accenture's clients. Specific responsibilities include
- Leading implementation of marketing programs across phases across existing and identified marketing programs ensuring delivery on planned value
- Working with broader Accenture client account teams where required and increase the offering presence
- Work on various Pre sales and business development initiatives across major industries and geographies
- Be accountable for project delivery by standards set by Accenture across Cost, Quality, time and client satisfaction
- Identifying opportunities to create value within the client's marketing organization & working with broader Accenture teams to create the proposition & present it.
- Contributing to developing Accenture's marketing capabilities, thought leadership & assets

This position requires a person of strong conceptual & problem-solving skills with a proven background of demonstrated value creation Awareness and experience across the marketing Value chain- across Planning, Production management, Content Management, Campaign Management, Content life cycle, Execution etc.) is deemed more valuable than specialization in a single capability.
Individuals:
- Must exhibit a through conceptual understanding of the entire marketing promotions process & capabilities.
- Must have at least 7-10 years of experience with campaign management systems, marketing resource management, digital marketing, Content Marketing or social media.
- The candidate will demonstrate excellence in marketing integration, digital marketing, performance marketing, partner management and relationship building.
- Experience working with brand teams of clients to understand the planning process, working on prioritization of objectives important for current business climate
- Have had the experience of working with agency(ies) to manage the content management cycle, from creative story boards to content production and assembly
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, business process improvement, reporting and analysis and related roles within a technology company or marketing function of a leading Corporation.
- Experience implementing a marketing automation system
Eloqua, Marketo, IBM Experience One, Teradata Aprimo, Adobe marketing Cloud, ETMC etc.
- Experience in driving a marketing eco system across the business and technology
Integrating various marketing applications with enterprise platforms, Salesforce and demand generation, content management applications etc.
- Must have previous experience of responding to RFPs, creating proposals and other pre sales stages.
- Must have experience doing business cases and project cost estimations. May have experience in managing the sourcing & procurement of marketing collaterals working with creative agencies
- Must have played a formalized role in appraising subordinates & recommending hire/fire decisions.
- Must demonstrate excellent project management skills, strong communication with the ability to present findings to multiple levels.
- Knowledge of leading practices for marketing and the analytics tools used to measure success.
- Be a very good and Able people developer
- Able to diplomatically question, challenge and suggest alternative strategies and approaches to internal and external audiences.
- Able to articulate the business opportunities and challenges across teams.
- Highly proficient user of tools including Excel and PowerPoint,
- Desirable to have worked with alliance vendors and contractors
- Track record of supporting successful demand generation programs with breadth of knowledge from marketing databases, segmentation, email execution, reporting & analysis

1. Digital Marketing with eCRM and email campaigns -
Ecommerce and Social media integration. E.g. Campaign centric / Product centric Micro Sites
Global website, micro site and online advertising localization
Online display advertising and pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns
2. End to end marketing processes from ideation to execution
3. User generated content (UGC) management and curation.
Integration to multiple channels, a combination of ATL / BTL, traditional and new emerging social and digital channels
