Accenture - Big Data Analytics Consultant

OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB:

- Building new skills in the team and developing people capabilities in Big Data Analytics

- Generating new Big Data Analytics projects

- Managing project delivery of Big Data projects

Profile & Prior Experience

- 1-4 yrs experience; 1 years of hands on predictive Analytics using structured and unstructured data to solve business problems

- 5-6 years- experience in deploying large analytics initiatives/ programs across industry verticals is a must. Any prior experience with a blue-chip global management consulting firm will be a plus

- Strong experience in consultative selling and large scale analytics project delivery is a must. Strong executive presence and inspirational leadership qualities is a must

- Good understanding and knowledge of statistical tools (SAS, R), analytical methods and big data technologies (Hadoop). Understanding of BI tools is important

- Direct exposure to working with global clients, preferably should have done 1+ yr of stint outside India - H1/Green Card would be a plus

- Publications in leading journals, patents on analytics techniques etc will be a strong plus
