Role : Tower Lead/ Global Operating Leader for any one specific Tower either RTR, P2P or OTC.
Level :AVP and VP
Location : Gurgaon
- Should have managed a maximum team of 200 people .
- Good experience in Service delivery, Transformation, Process standardization, Process improvement.
- Only from BPO background.
- Person who are managing multiple tower should not apply . The person should be expert in any one specific Tower.
JD :
- Continually improving the process and procedures, in order to improve both quality and efficiency within the service delivery model, geared towards achieving - best in class- practices.
- Maintaining, as far as possible, standard processes for all areas within the OTC Department and documenting of all country specific non-standard process requirements.
- Self-starter and fully engaged in operational processes and practices
- Fully Lead and Manage GPL's
- Staying informed about business developments by bench charting our process against other CPG companies or companies currently being managed by Accenture
- Visible to all regions and aware of process gaps
- Execute Bi-weekly connects with Regional Accenture leads to review KPI's
- Ensures that the Process and Governance Structure is fit-for-purpose
- Defines the Business Case for all projects
- Initiate and ensure that there is optimal fit between people, process, technology (tool) and steering
- Ensures quality reports are produced, distributed, and utilized
- Takes a - helicopter view-, overseeing and ensuring integration for a specific Process E2E
- Development and Maintenance of Key OTC Metrics for staff
- Stays informed about new technology developments
- Drives Technology growth within our process
- Ensure Productivity targets are met and the projects deliver the projected savings
- Co-Leads Monthly meetings with GPO on status updates of all projects
- Good Communication Skills and ability to build strong partnerships
