Role - AVP/VP - Finance & Account operation for OIL & GAS client.
Skill - Record to report, End to end accounting, Fixed Asset, General accounting
Location - Bangalore
Shift - UK Shift, during month end night shift.
Qualification - CA/ICWA/MBA Finance
Somebody from BPO Industry who has managed a large team of minimum 75-400 people.
Should have worked on oil & gas client.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining quality and service standards in support of the contracted Service Level Agreement (SLA) for business operations encompassing production planning and execution, project management and relationship management across opportunities.
- Identifying, recommending and implementing operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement in the execution of the processes.
- Engage in benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential operational improvement
- Responsible for term planning, objective setting, and development of new procedures within area of responsibility, through interpretative judgment of overall policies and goals
- Accountable for developing and managing key internal/external client relationships across sphere of influence, including situations in which no relationship previously existed
- Required to develop broad business and industry acumen, and to use this knowledge to initiate and/or develop client relationships
- Identifies, assesses and resolves complex business problems/issues and provides alternative scenarios
- Provides and implements business-focused solutions within time/cost constraints
- May identify business development opportunities and communicate them to senior management
- Accountable for operational direction of complex or large function or project, or medium size unit within stable mature operation, or key element of volatile environment.
- Accountable for client satisfaction in area of responsibility, against service level agreement, and ensures achievement of key performance indicators/project milestones
- Responsible for fulfillment of contractual obligations/completion of deliverables within own area of responsibility
- Responsible for communication of strategy, initiatives, local plans and performance metrics across own area of responsibility
- Accountable for performance against financial parameters, and monitors and reports on budgetary aspects within own area. May have significant input to budget setting/financial proposals and reviews.
- Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company
- Initiates and promotes continuous improvement programs across sphere of influence
- Allocates resources and responsibilities across team to deliver business results and develop team members.
- Contributes broad and deep knowledge in areas of functional or business specialization across a broad operational framework/range of projects
- Develop talent in the off-shore team with diverse capabilities in order to deliver objectives that are in line with requirements of the business
