The Recruiter - Associate Manager is accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan. The Recruiter - Associate Manager administers the recruiting process for a medium-sized or large recruiting demand plan. The Recruiter - AM may supervise 3-4 Team leads and manages a team of about 10-12 member
Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Management and Supply Planning expertise
- Responsible for Sourcing Planning and Managing pipeline across
- Meeting recruiting targets and managing internal or external stakeholder reporting
- Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel with special focus on New Age sourcing techniques
- Explore and implement the market best practices in the recruitment
- Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and Recruitment channels
- Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
- Conducts job interviews for key jobs in the organization
- Manages and develops the team of Recruiters
- Provide Market Research and mapping for ongoing and new recruitment requirements
- Act as an escalation point to business stakeholders for all recruiting related concerns
- Provide external marketplace information to Leadership
- Optimize and Update recruiting databases and tools
Qualifications: Education: Post Graduate degree with 8+ years of relevant work experience
Knowledge or Skills Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the company's business objectives and organizational structure
- Very good understanding of the company's position in the marketplace
- Strong understanding of recruiting processes and procedures
- Strong understanding of recruiting or sourcing processes and organization and tools
