Role - Assistant Vice President (Record to report +Controller ship) Operation

Location -Noida

Shift - Night shift as the person would be working for North America market.

Criteria

Experience - 12- 17 years

Someone from BPO/KPO/ or Shared services centre

Accenture - Assistant Vice President -Record To Report & Controllership (BPO Operation)

Qualification - CA/CPA/MBA finance full time

Person should have good hands on experience in end to end accounting, Record to report operation, Trial balance, balance sheet, general ledger,general accounting,Month end reviews.

Job Description:

End-to-end understanding of Accounting processes (Sub-ledger - Ledger - Trial Balance - Financials - Reporting etc.)

2. Sound understanding and application knowledge on accounting principles (Consistency, Conservatism, Accrual, Going Concern, Matching, Revenue Recognition)

3. Understanding of complete RTR processes including MEC, Recons, Accounting concepts & Controllership

4. Educational Qualification - CA / CPA

5. Good knowledge on Excel skills, commonly used functionalities include (vlookup, Pivots, If, Subtotals etc.)

6) Business and Finance Acumen and influencing skills

7 . Drive business priorities while working with virtual teams

Communication and Soft Skills

1. The role involves extensive communication with Chief Accounting Office / Finance Director for the country. Lead the discussion on month-end reviews and controllership reviews

2. Communication includes presentation of financials including Balance Sheet review, Variance Analysis
