Responsibilities :
- As business leader, you will be responsible for sustaining and developing a world class, sustainable TSG business.
- You will motivate, lead and sustain teams comprising of sales, marketing and delivery managers who will build and manage customer solutions.
- You are capable of delivering and exceeding customer expectations, by clearly understanding of the challenges and opportunities our customers face, developing relevant technical solutions and driving operational efficiency and service excellence.
- You will develop high-growth strategies of TSG business portfolio and execute business development go-to-market plans to achieve business objectives.
- You will work at both the strategic and tactical levels generating bold and innovative ideas and executing the programs.
- You will lead and foster a positive, high-energy, high-performance culture among sales and delivery teams.
- You will develop and control business plan and budgets.
- You will develop processes and systems to deliver operational excellence.
- You will remain aware of new product developments in identified and emerging technology areas
Skills & Experience :
- The ideal candidate will have proven success in managing and delivering technology services, and a demonstrated ability to drive sales and improve customer experience.
- He/She must have experience of managing a profit center and capable of inspiring high energy teams.
- He/She has sales, technical and commercial skills and has proven track record of successful profit center management.
- Should have managed at least teams of 250+ and preferably multi location delivery centers. Experience of working with US and Europe clients is very essentials.
- He/She must have experience handling presales and solution definition teams for driving new business to closure.
Education : An engineer preferably post-graduation
Experience : 15+ years of managerial experience spanning across sales, delivery and technology functions.
Domains : Should have at least one or two domains of TSG as core expertise area.
