1. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Head of Brands to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the academy's objectives.
Contribute to the creation of a roadmap for academic and business growth.
2. Academic Development: Lead initiatives to enhance the academic quality and relevance of programs the Brand offers. Work with faculty and educational experts to introduce innovative teaching methods and technologies. Complete management of day-to-day academic operations
3. Portfolio Management: Evaluate existing courses, propose new programs, and ensure alignment with industry demands.
4. Student Experience Enhancement: Focus on improving the overall student experience by identifying areas for enhancement in curriculum, facilities, and support services.
Implement student-centric initiatives to boost engagement and satisfaction.
5. Collaboration and Partnerships: Foster collaborations with industry partners, educational institutions, and relevant stakeholders to strengthen the academy's network and enhance learning opportunities.
6. Financial Management: Contribute to the financial success of the academy by aligning academic initiatives with business goals.
Monitor and optimize budget allocation for academic programs.
7. Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance mechanisms to ensure academic standards are met or exceeded.
Work towards accreditation and compliance with relevant educational regulations.
8. Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic and academic initiatives.
Provide regular reports and updates on the progress and outcomes of implemented programs.
9. Professional Development: Support faculty and staff development through training programs, workshops, and continuous learning opportunities.
Encourage a culture of professional growth and development.
10. Innovation and Research: Promote a culture of innovation within the academy, encouraging research initiatives and staying abreast of industry trends.
Explore opportunities for the academy to lead in emerging areas of education.
11. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the academy, attract new students, and enhance the brand image.
Participate in events and initiatives to increase the academy's visibility.
12. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including students, faculty, industry professionals, and regulatory bodies.
Education: Minimum: Postgraduate/ MBA in HR or Global Equivalent Degree
Additional: Certifications in Training & Development
Experience: 5 - 10 years of work experience. At least 2 years of experience in training.
At least 6 months of experience in training delivery
Knowledge & Key Skills:
- Excellent one-on-one and group presentation and facilitation skills
- Basic Computer skills
- Should have a good working knowledge of the latest training tools
- Ability to research, write behavioral objectives, and write training materials with leader's guides.
- Exposure to E-learning modules
