Job Title: Head of Marketing

Job Description:


- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our organization.


- The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support the overall growth objectives of the company.


- The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B marketing, with specific experience in the IT and Salesforce ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Marketing Strategy Development:


- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the companys business goals.


- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.


2. Campaign Management:


- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and events.


- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.


3. Content Creation and Management:


- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling content, such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and social media updates.


- Ensure all content is consistent with brand messaging and meets high-quality standards.


4. Lead Generation and Nurturing:


- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract MQLs and convert qualified leads.


- Manage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel.


5. Sales Support:


- Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing materials and sales enablement tools.


- Provide insights and support for sales presentations and proposals.


6. Event Management:


- Plan and coordinate company participation in industry events, trade shows, webinars, and other marketing events.


- Manage event logistics, including booth setup, promotional materials, and lead follow-up.


7. Digital Marketing:


- Oversee the companys digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.


- Manage the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.


8. Analytics and Reporting:


- Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using analytics tools.


- Provide regular reports to senior management on campaign performance, ROI, and key KPIs.


Qualifications:


- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


- MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 college Preferred


- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the IT or Salesforce ecosystem.


- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.


- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.


- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).


- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.


- Strong project management and organizational skills.


- Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.


- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
