Position: PMO

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Job Timing: 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM [UK Shift]

Role Summary:

The position will work with Delivery head to help him streamline project delivery across all the projects and have a uniform project Management approach across all the projects, by introducing standardized processes and policies. Will play a key role in implementing various new initiatives and key projects that will be rolled out from Delivery head.

Roles and Responsibility:

- Project Governance: Help to establish and maintain project governance frameworks, standards, policies, and procedures to ensure that projects align with organizational goals and objectives.

- Documentation Management - Support with the project documentation, Maintenance of project plan, Status report, MOM, etc.

- Reporting & tracking: Provide support by tracking project progress (i.e Jira, raid log, etc.), help monitor KPIs, update different project dashboards, etc.

- Project quality checks: Help to ensure projects meet quality standards by monitoring processes and procedures.

- Document Standardization- Assist in developing key and standardized documentation for new and existing Project Managers. Ensuring consistency across multiple projects

- Project Management Methodology: Support in developing and implementing standardized project management methodologies, tools, and templates to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.

Requirements:

- BE/BTech/MBA

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in similar kind of profile

Other requirements:

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Familiarity with project management tools & software

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Strong Excel, Word and PPT skills

- Previous experience or internship in project management will be added advantage

- PMP certification or related certification is an advantage.
