Roles and Responsibilities
Opportunity to lead a medium to large size team of Consultants and Analysts for one of AbsolutData’s strategic clients in the Beverage Industry. The candidate will lead the delivery of projects to develop insights for clients Portfolio Strategy. Provide technical and functional guidance to the team, deliver value through thought leadership, identify opportunities and initiate projects for client process/capability development, build/nurture team in partnership with ADT’s Senior Leadership. The person is expected to independently mInsoghtanage the client engagement and provide support to the Account Manager to drive account growth.
The person should have experience in client management, people management and execution in Market Research /Consulting / Analytics organizations. The candidate should also have exposure to analytics – as a provider or a client. Finally the candidate should have an aspiration/inclination to grow to a people/practice leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a good understanding of the client’s Portfolio and Strategy frameworks and ensure seamless project delivery & effective client management.
- Applying and administrating analytical tools such as SPSS and techniques and drawing managerial insights through statistical techniques such as Cluster Analysis, Factor Analysis, CHAID, Segmentation, Regression etc
- Provide Functional and Technical leadership for the team to help them identify and apply methods/frameworks applicable to the situation
- Partner the account manager/ business development to develop and implement account growth strategy
Project Management
- Being involved in project planning and managing multiple stakeholders
- Being able to assess the feasibility of solutions requested, provide inputs, propose alternate implementable solutions, if need be.
- Being responsible for all aspects of project management (including resource allocation) to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on target with client needs and reflect the high quality standards propagated by the company
People Management
- Handling a midsized team subject to business requirements
- Responsible for appraisals, mentoring, training etc of team.
Client Servicing
- Significant client interaction including managing client satisfaction, feedback process, managing services provided to clients and assisting project teams in client communication as and when needed.
- Initiate thought leadership project to enhance client’s framework and identify new areas of analysis and insights for clients to explore
- Carrying overall responsibility of project level client interaction
- Encouraging teams to achieve high level of service excellence
- Quality/ Process Compliance & Improvement Initiatives
- Having a complete understanding of the various internal processes, ensuring adherence to the same by the team and maintaining and monitoring metrices/SLAs pertaining to the same
- Suggesting improvements to enhance the efficiency of various internal processes
Experience and skills
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Analytics
- Hands on with working on SPSS and in-depth knowledge of various statistical techniques
- Significant exposure to high end analytics on Market Research data
- Experience in working with senior individuals in the client organization
- Ability to develop analytical solutions from a business question (Desirable)

Qualification
- MBA / Masters from preferably a Tier- 1 institutes in (Social Sciences/Psychology/ Economics/Statistics / Mathematics or related disciplines)
