Role reports to : Executive Vice President
Responsibilities:
- Delivering a comprehensive HR service to the business
- Process the recruitment requests in an effective and efficient manner
- Gathering necessary data to benchmark salaries and benefits
- Handling employee onboarding and managing the induction and orientation program for new joiners
- Maintaining employee personal files
- Fostering a conducive work environment through employee relations activities and communication
- Implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes and ensuring that all company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current employment laws
- Ensuring that line managers are up to date with changes to any HR policies
- Performance Management : Running the performance evaluation cycles and coaching managers on performance management processes and issues
- Conducting employee satisfaction surveys and identifying areas that require improvement
- Monitor critical HR Metrics such as attrition, headcount, trainings, etc
- Managing HR budgets
- Identifying and handling employee complaints, disputes and grievances and reporting them
- Conducting exit and grievance interviews with employees
Requirements:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in HR activities
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
- Excellent coaching and leadership skills
- Good Interpersonal skills & negotiation skills
- Strong facilitation skills
- High level of interpersonal skills and integrity
- Good individual contributor and active team player
- Experience of dealing with Senior Managers/Leadership
- Strong understanding of US employment law
- Ability to deliver high employee satisfaction
- Vast networking of vendors
- Proficient in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook
- Valid US work authorization
