Key Responsibilities:
- Managing marketing analytics projects making significant contributions to design of analytical approach and handling the work plan.
- Being responsible for all aspects of project management (including resource allocation, scope identification etc) to ensure that they are on time, on target with client needs, and reflect our high quality standards.
- Handling and building relationships with key strategic accounts.
- Ensuring effective client management including developing and managing internal processes for seamless project delivery, streamlining existing processes, leading/assisting business development initiatives in the company including managing and developing existing and/or new client relationships.
- Managing a medium to large sized team, subject to business requirements and being responsible for people management activities like developing and coaching team members, supporting & implementing processes like appraisals, project dashboards, project effort tracking etc
Technical:
Data Management:
- Planning, guiding & designing data management projects
- Statistical Modelling Experience
- Knowledge of simple and complex methods and techniques and solutioning
Tools:
- Having high proficiency in tools like Excel, SAS, R, SPSS, basic VBA etc
- Statistical Analysis & Design (Modelling Oriented Focus)
- Having an understanding of a few analytics areas & application of myriad analysis methodologies
- Quality/ Process Compliance & Improvement Initiatives
- Having a complete understanding of the various internal processes, ensuring adherence to the same by the team and maintaining and monitoring metrices/SLAs
- Suggesting improvements to enhance the efficiency of various internal processes
Client Servicing:
- Significant client interaction including managing client satisfaction, feedback process, managing services provided to clients and assisting project teams in client communication
- Demonstrating overall responsibility of project level client interaction
- Encouraging teams to achieve high level of service excellence
- Client facing interaction for capability and technical presentations/proposal development/solutioning etc
Project Management
- Being involved in project planning and managing multiple stakeholders
- Being able to assess the feasibility of solutions requested, provide inputs, propose alternate implementable solutions.
People Management:
- Handling a small sized team or managing people on project basis, subject to business requirements
- Being involved in appraisals, mentoring, training etc of team members
- Ensuring effective communication with internal & external stakeholders, managing client interactions

Educational Qualifications & Experience
- Degree: Graduates/Postgraduates from Premiere Institutes in Economics, Statistics or other Quantitative disciplines/B.Tech/MBA
- Relevant Experience: Minimum of 5 Years of Consultative experience
