Job Role :

- As an Assistant Manager - Ad Sales, you will be responsible for managing advertising sales activities within the Kerala region.

- This includes developing and implementing effective sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

- You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of advertising campaigns, aligning with client expectations and the organization's objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute strategic ad sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and advertising agencies.

- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market research and analysis.

- Negotiate contracts and advertising packages to maximize client satisfaction and profitability.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of ad campaigns and resolve any operational -challenges.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adapt strategies effectively.

- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Proven experience in ad sales, marketing, or a related field.

- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication abilities.

- Analytical mindset to interpret market trends and identify growth opportunities.

- Familiarity with media industry practices, advertising formats, and campaign management.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
