KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Achievement of assigned targets within the specified time frame & yield improvements over last year

- New Business Development

- Key client management - Conceptualization & execution of out-of-the-box sales ideas / deals in conjunction with the Regional Head & National Head of Digital Sales & Marketing

- Own & develop senior level client relationships to penetrate target accounts and develop new business.

- Ensure Digital advertising campaigns are executed using our Product Solutions on time and to the client's requirements.

- Manage and oversee all aspects of the advertising journey from customer base management, to inventory management to the execution of the campaigns.

PERFORMANCE MEASURES :

- Achievement of assigned targets

- Getting Business from New Clients

- Up sell and renewal of existing business from customers.

QUALIFICATION :

- Preferred Qualification: Graduate/ MBA

- Total of about 2-7 years of experience in Online Media/Sales

- Knowledge of Digital ecosystem will be an added advantage.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :

- Excellent contacts in digital agencies and Corporate.

- Ability to drive and achieve sales targets.

- Leverages relationships & is a capable networker.

- Should be both a category & a brand builder.

- Analytical yet creative bent of mind

- Ability to construct win-win deals for client/company

- Understanding of Data and Analytics will be an added advantage

- Ability to effectively operate in dynamic organization & fast paced environment.

- Introduction of systems for effective negotiations and continuous evaluation of Media Investments.

- The candidate should be confident, target oriented

- Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills

- Ability to deal with dynamic and fast paced changing internal & external environment

- Self-motivated and result-oriented approach to work

- Customer focused and excellent in relationship management.

- Able to operate autonomously and demonstrate initiatives in problem solving, decision making with a proactive approach to the role

Salary Range: 10 - 15 LPA
