Consumer Insights Analyst will work closely with other teams that coordinate efforts to improve content consumption in digital products through audience insights.
- You will be responsible for collecting and digging into various types of data, deep-dive to identify areas of improvements and delivering actionable recommendations.
- It is imperative that the resource brings the data to life through storytelling and data visualization. This role will report directly to the Insight Manager.
Key Responsibilities :
- Understand business challenges and goals of the company to formulate the approach for data analysis and model creation that will support business decision making.
- Leading reporting and analysis efforts for the brand, while also conducting deep dive analysis into web analytics data as well as data in our Content Data Warehouse (CDW).
- Generating content insights by leveraging textual data and traffic information from various sources.
- Planning and formulating hypothesis, measurements and pre-post performance analysis for new initiatives by relevant tag creation and system changes to support business decisions.

- Insightful & analytical thinker with high attention to detail
- Good understanding of range of data manipulation and analysis techniques for quantitative analysis
- Ability to bring out insights, actionable recommendations and stories from data.
- Experience in using open source statistical analysis software like R.
- Experience in using Google Analytics to generate traffic insights.
