Job Description :
- Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing software solutions / services and products
- Handling distributors for the assigned territory and taking regular Orders
- Monitoring the performance of SE/SSE/TM.
- Concentration to expand the market
- Achieving volume targets and ensuring dealer profitability
- Monitoring distributor and distributor sales force productivity
- Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports
- Develop and maintain prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data
- Maintaining competitor awareness
- Training and development of team members
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
- Servicing the needs of your existing customers
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
- Recruiting and training sales staff
- Allocating areas to sales representatives
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets
- Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
