The role will be responsible for managing end to end Leadership recruitment in the following streams for GCC Services India.
- ABI Analytics
- IT- Design & Delivery
- IT- Operations
- Operations (ATR, Commercials, CSM, P2P etc.)
- Business Transformations
- People Team
- New Capabilities

4. QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
- 10-13 years of recruiting experience gained in a professional services firm and/or gained while working with in an executive search or corporate recruiting function
- Demonstrable understanding of senior leadership mind set and proven the experience of building trust based relationships with senior leaders
- Deep knowledge of recruiting strategies, processes and marketplace trends
- Strong interest in the digital world and industry trends
- Experience working in a fast-paced recruiting environment with the ability to take initiative with little direction
- Deep knowledge of modern recruiting strategies and highly developed executive search skills (e.g. Attraction and selection of talent)
- Desire to continuously improve the way we hire, discover distinctive talent (e.g. Digital & Analytics) and to provide an exceptional candidate experience
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized and a willingness to - get hands dirty- and play an active role in all aspects of candidate management process; even on the smallest of details when needed
- Goal has driven with the ability to pro-actively take initiative and comfortable working with minimal direction and comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and team skills; ability to quickly build trust based relationships with senior candidates and colleagues
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- At ease with an abundance of details and complexity, yet mindful of big picture
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them, and carry them out independently

- Expertise in the design and delivery of resourcing solutions with a strategic perspective, while maintaining a hands-on approach to what you do.

To qualify for the role you must have :
- Experience in executive sourcing and delivering end to end senior recruitment across multiple geographies in a large, matrix environment
- Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills and an ability to influence a wide range of audiences at the executive level
- A broad understanding of recruitment laws and practices, and the ability to quickly adapt to our policies, processes, and culture
- A commitment towards providing exceptional stakeholder service
Ideally, you'll also have :
- Knowledge and experience gained in professional services
- The analytical skills to interpret and react to complex and constantly evolving information
