Key Responsibilities:.

- Lead the implementation and support of SAP FICO modules, focusing on Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO).

- Analyze complex business requirements and develop tailored solutions to enhance financial processes using SAP.

- Efficiently configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet diverse business needs and industry standards.

- Oversee management of financial data, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, asset accounting, and controlling activities, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless integration with other SAP modules, optimizing overall system functionality.

- Conduct thorough system testing, debugging, and data migration during SAP implementations to ensure successful project deliveries.

- Provide comprehensive user training and ongoing support for SAP FICO functionalities, enhancing user competency and system utilization.

- Monitor system performance and promptly address technical issues, implementing preventive measures to ensure system reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and extensive support roles.

- Strong in-depth knowledge of financial accounting and controlling processes, with a proven track record in project management.

- Advanced proficiency in SAP FICO configuration and customization, including end-to-end project lifecycle management.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to dissect complex issues and provide effective solutions.

- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders across various functions.

- Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, office-based environment, adapting to changing project demands.

Preferred Qualifications:.

- SAP certification in FICO. Familiarity with integration points with other SAP modules (e. , MM, SD).

- Experience within IT Industries, especially in high-pressure environments.
