Team Lead - Digital Marketing


Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of digital marketing professionals.

- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify training needs for team members.

- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and display advertising.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimize marketing campaigns.

- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.

- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support sales goals.

- Align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

- Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, white papers, social media updates, and other relevant content formats.

- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

- Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets across various channels.

- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and tools.

- Leverage marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other relevant tools to streamline marketing processes.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

- Education: Master's/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

- Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and display advertising.

- Strong analytical and data analysis skills.

- Proficiency in using data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio).

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to motivate and mentor a team.

- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to present data and insights effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the tech industry.

- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot).

- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant digital marketing platforms.
