- Define the brand voice across social channels and create share-worthy content
- Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities across all Social media platforms
- Ideation of ongoing brand campaigns
- Plan and implement Social Media Marketing Strategy, take ownership of the project and deliver within timelines
- Engage in customer conversations on Social media platforms and moderate user-generated content
- Use contests, games and other interactive mediums for audience engagement
- Create and maintain an exhaustive Social media calendar
- Ideate, conceptualize and develop concepts in coordination with the creative and content team
- Work on Product marketing campaigns and consistently engage with influencers.
- Amplify major product releases/innovations across social handles
- Stay in line with all the latest social media trends and prepare social media calendars
- Work on the creation of content in various social media formats such as reels, stories, posts, etc.
Skills & Qualifications :
- 2-4 years of experience in managing social media, content writing, brand management, editing, etc.
- The ideal candidate should be an avid social media enthusiast with a good personal following across social media platforms
- Strong creative writing skills with impeccable command over grammar.
- High energy and drive to work in a startup environment
- Excellent team player
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work within a marketing team, and other departments.
- Savvy with social media trends including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
- Knowledge of social media management tools such as Hootsuite will be a plus.
