About:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our passionate sales team and develop strategic partnerships with new and existing bus partners.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, a passion for growth, and an innovative mindset to drive our company to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting Bus partner relationships.
- Partner with the marketing team to identify and grow opportunities within the territories.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Develop a scalable sales process and ensure representatives adhere to it correctly.
- Prepare and present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
- At least 10 years of relevant sales experience, with 5+ years in a senior sales leadership role.
- Experience in the travel or transportation industry is a plus.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
- Understanding of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
