We are seeking a dynamic General Manager of Sponsorship to drive revenue growth and enhance partner relationships at ABEC.
This role will focus on developing innovative sponsorship programs and ensuring successful execution at events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sponsorship initiatives to meet revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential sponsors.
- Design compelling sponsorship packages that enhance the attendee experience.
- Analyse market trends to refine offerings and identify new opportunities.
- Lead and mentor a team of sponsorship professionals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sponsorship sales, preferably in the exhibitions or events space
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of achieving revenue goals
