About:
- As the Deputy Manager - Business Development, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by maximizing exhibitor participation in our diverse range of trade shows and events.
- You will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Sales: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through meetings, networking, and attending industry events.
- Space Selling: Effectively present the value of ABEC's exhibitions to potential clients, convincing them to secure prime booth space.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and booth packages to achieve favorable outcomes for both the company and clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients, consistently exceeding their expectations.
- Market Research and Strategy: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to enhance sales strategies.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare accurate reports, track performance metrics, and analyze sales data to identify areas for growth and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the exhibition industry or a similar field.
- Communication & Presentation: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Negotiation & Persuasion: Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and secure optimal contracts.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the exhibition industry, market trends, and competitor landscape
