- Build a strategy as part of the leadership team.
- Builds a strong resilient sales and marketing function.
- Lead and execute the strategy in sales, marketing, and distribution.
- Facilitate the Sales team to achieve Annual Business Plan (ABP), increase in distribution, visibility and market share.
- Work closely with the sales team for Sales Coverage, Channel wise Distribution, Visibility and Volumes in line with ABP.
- Guide the Sales team to establish Sales Targets - Brand wise - Pack wise as per ABP.
- Co-ordinate with the Sales team to establish new Sales Territory.
- Regularly up-date on the market developments, opportunities and competition.
- Analyze Stock Movement based on secondary sales and help them in their inventory planning.
- Ensuring optimum financial growth as per ABP.
- Periodic review on the Progress of Business, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and on a Yearly basis.
- Build key relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Provides visible leadership for our brand values and culture.
- Manage sales channel and brand reputation risks.
- Any other tasks as assigned by Management
