The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the CEO to develop financial strategies for the organization.

Should be comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, and decision-maker, and providing regular financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Spearheading the company's financial strategy and operations.

- Crafting comprehensive financial statements and accompanying notes, aligning closely with statutory auditors.

- Orchestrating financial documentation for investment and fundraising endeavors.

- Vigilantly examining the General Ledger and Sub Ledger for accuracy and integrity.

- Cultivating relationships with banking and financial entities for seamless coordination.

- Forecasting cash flow, overseeing its trajectory, and optimizing fund allocation.

- Collaborating with insurance entities and brokers to ensure comprehensive coverage.

- Facilitating Due Diligence processes through meticulous data coordination.

- Coordinating with SAP and other vendors to streamline finance-related automation initiatives.

- Pioneering the establishment of commercial protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Partnering with the Supply Chain Finance team to enhance commercial efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

- Engaging in strategic alignment with Sales teams (E-commerce, Retail, Website, Exclusive Brand Outlets) to ensure prompt collections, efficient claims processing, and commercial integrity.

- Soliciting quarterly balance confirmations from vendors and customers, conducting reconciliations where necessary.

- Liaising with Customer Service and legal firms to ensure adherence to financial and regulatory compliance standards.

- Ensuring timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other tax obligations.

Qualifications :

- Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 6-7 years' experience in FMCG, F&B is preferred.

- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

- Detail-oriented and analytical- mindset.
