Job Title : Factory Finance Manager Department: Finance Reporting To: Finance Business Partner
Location: Banglore
Position Objective and Overview of Role:
Main responsibilities: Performance Indicators Growth
1. Identifying SKU's where RM/PM cost/kg has gone up and highlighting the same to FBP
2. Initiate batch wise costing for all products / SKU's Post MM module implementation in AX, batch wise margin reporting.
3. Fund flow management, Budgeting, Budget tracking, Costing, Export Compliance, , Claims, Reconciliation.
4. Optimum working capital management, benchmark across companies and implement best in class practices and banking solutions.
5. Order wise inventory tracking, order level margin review and forecasting
6. Drive the Budgeting and forecast process optimally
7. Optimize Plant Expenses.
8. Work with business on future expansion plans and lead finance partnering in growth
9. Reports/dash boards with sharper insights on Customer, product, Geography wise analysis, Commodity impact called out to measure effective growth
10. Define, review and manage logistics cost optimally
11. Work to integrate resources optimally for Banglore Plant Execution - Drive Operational Excellence
1. Ensure Accurate and Timely accounting, Month End Close, Audits and Internal Controls
2. Drive functional excellence by developing focus areas through analytics and reporting. Internal reviews and development of Functional Scorecard. Develop Robust and Sharp metrics to drive operational excellence.
3. Ensure 100% compliance to taxes & internal controls ensuring no adverse observations
4. Control of integrity across procurement/ by keeping track of any coordination between internal, external stakeholders and vendors.
5. Authenticity review of all associated vendors and new vendors/ supplier

FBP, Plant Manager Understanding of full plant cost and deep dive and in al cost the buckets to understand the variance vs budget/Forecast.
- FBP Commercial support on Product costing BU Director Preparing monthly BU Deck for the review of BU director and MD Ways of Working and Challenges Types of challenge or judgement How the role deals with this Accurately provide insights and updates Liase with multiple stakeholders to ask the right questions and understand the right answers.

- Qualifications: Required or Desirable CA/ICWAI with 7-10 years of experience as Factory finance role
- Required Prior experience of manufacturing / Food industry Desirable Knowledge/skills/experience : Why important &how used in job? Plant controller experience in Manufacturing industry To support Plant operation and support Insights Operation & Business Acumen and business communication with Plant & other stakeholders.
- Plant costing / spendreports to be accurate in real time reflecting the true picture of the business metrics Time management, full ownership Understanding of costing and finance controls to deliver tasks Keen attention to detail Good knowledge of Excel / MS PPT Plant reporting requirements/Preparing of dashboard
