Job Responsibilities:
- Plan & execute promotional campaigns as per the channel visibility strategy
- On-Ground Execution of the Channel development programs
- Inventory Management & Asset Management
- Lead Channel merchandisers to Ensure execution of the accounts as per the template
- Partner with the Sales team to understand the requirement and support in Brand activation, promotions & visibility
- Ensure right account identification for experiential focused sales approach as per the consumer engagement strategy
- Activation of consumer engagement promotions Brand Programs & Tactical promotions
- Manage operational relationship with key contacts & accounts
- Negotiate with vendors for the purpose of promotional activities, events and brand activation merchandise of high quality.
- Track & draw insights from promotional based sales trends and plug gaps wherever required
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports
- Pre-During-Post analysis of consumer promotions to evaluate the effectiveness
Ideal Candidate:
- Post-graduation in Sales/Marketing from a premier institution
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales/Trade Marketing/Channel Marketing - preferably FMCG Industry
- Strong analytical skills, ability to distill insights and propose relevant recommendations
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills
- A focused, detailed and disciplined approach to tasks
- The ability to prioritize and strong organization skills
- The ability to work in collaboration with multiple stakeholders (Internal & External)
- Change Management: Is flexible & prepared to adapt to meet changing requirements, committed to continuous improvement
- Problem Solving & Innovation : Able to determine & analyze the critical factors constituting a problem & is able to evaluate alternative approaches to emerging problems
- Mobility: Willing to relocate for business requirement across regions.
