Primary Purpose of the role: Partner with Key stakeholders and drive the Rewards Philosophy of ABI for India and South East Asia.
Key Tasks & Accountabilities:
- Define & Execute the Total Rewards strategy for the Business in India and South East Asia.
- Lead the Annual Rewards review for India and South East Asia, including incentive (bonus) payment and merit review processes
- Work with Global team on Job Evaluation and various Global Projects in Rewards
- Benchmark reward structure with other like industries and execute the best practices
Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:
Education & Experience: Post graduation (MBA) in HR along with 4-6 years of experience
