- AB InBev India is looking to hire Senior Manager - Rewards, India & South East Asia for its People function based out of Bangalore.

Primary Purpose of the role:

To lead and drive the end to end Total Rewards strategy and agenda for business unit India & South East Asia. The incumbent will be working on the strategy, design, communication, implementation, and administration of the compensation and benefits programs such that they can be optimized to enable AB InBev to attract, recruit, retain, and drive/motivate best in class talent.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities:

1. Build and execute the end to end strategy for employee compensation & benefits across India & South East Asia.

2. As a key member of the India People Leadership team, work on or support cutting edge regional and/or global projects

3. Conduct detailed research as well as analytical modeling to interpret existing data and internal equity and assess AB InBev's competitive position and formulate optimal recommendations.

4. Administer compensation programs and initiatives, including annual merit review and budget planning, variable/bonus pay cycles etc

5. Prepare end to end analytics to develop cost-effective benefit programs, including proposals for program changes, benefit utilization and vendor performance

Qualifications required:

Education: Full-time MBA in HR

Experience: 4-6 years of experience in managing Total Rewards for a large scale organization

Skills & Knowledge:

1. Excellent verbal and written English communication

2. The ability to adapt communication style depending on medium, audience & purpose

3. Understands importance of confidentiality and where HR related matters could be sensitive

4. Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task, working within tight deadlines

5. Resilience, strong self-belief, tenacity in the face of challenge and the ability to work under pressure
