Primary Purpose of the role :
End to end management of conceptualizing and execution of People Structures, budgeting an Planning for all and any People Related costs, and act as SME on all TSC Process
Key Tasks & Accountabilities :
1. Design and manage manpower blueprint, organization structures using organization design priciple and people cost of XX Mn $
2. Provide deep analysis and recommendation of budget and blueprint breakdown by various cuts
3. Work with people head to set structure, processes and tools to measure and improve performance of key KPIs of people team. Act as PMO to lead projects for people team.
4. Design tools to record and manage performance of key processes and metrics in people team
5. Works with India Mancom to implement Target Setting and Appraisal Process in the organization in sync with global process
Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes :
Education & Experience :
- MBA from top business school
- 3-5 years of experience in Rewards/PMO/Manpower Planning or Special Projects
