- AB InBev India is looking to hire Senior Manager - Hub Commercial for its People team based out of Bangalore.

Primary Purpose of the role :

- Partner with key stakeholders and drive talent attraction, development & engagement philosophy of ABI India for Hub Commercial Functions.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities :

- Talent: define the strategy to recruit the right talent based on business priorities and participate in various recruitment activities to make it happen

- Ensure internal talent receives the right development opportunities, career opportunities and experiences

- In collaboration with AD People Commercial, manage the People Budget for the relevant functions

- Analyze, Design and implement the Engagement plans for the relevant functions

- People Cycle implementation: Be responsible for implementing the cycle for Marketing, Beyond Beer, Commercial Capability and Strategy functions and provide coaching to the leaders on how to run people processes more efficiently

- Operational excellence: Evaluate and share the impact of the changing national legislation on HR processes and practices. Monitor budgets and develop action plans to close gaps in budgets

- Receive and resolve grievances and disciplinary issues

- Lead a team of off-role and on-role employees that supports you drive hiring, engagement, development agenda for the relevant functions

- Lead Change Management initiatives and transitioning to Workday

- Design and drive Incentive programs for the relevant roles

- Manage Campus Program of Commercial function

- Lead learning & develop program for Commercial Function for frontline field sales employees

Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes :

Education & Experience :

- 5 - 8 years of experience,

- Post-graduation (MBA) in HR

Personal Attributes :

- Proven people and project management skills. Can easily work in a matrixed organization.

- Innovative and independent thinker

- Ability to be flexible and navigate ambiguous situations

- Demonstrate positive initiative, leadership and comfort working in a fast-paced environment

- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills

- Strong interpersonal collaboration and team skills including working with cross-functional teams

- Strong analytical skills, performance, and metrics tracking.
