We are looking for smart, driven, entrepreneurial people who can work in a start-up like an environment and deliver high impact, cutting-edge analytics.
Skills and Experience:
- 11 years- of Industry experience, 7 plus years in advanced analytics doing complex models.
- Exposure in setting up the analytics practice is preferable
- Exposure in people management
- CPG experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- R or, Python, Advanced Excel, atleast one programming language (C++ / Java)
- Conceptual understanding of various modeling techniques, pros, and cons of each technique
Desired:
- Advanced SQL - should know the internal workings of Hadoop clusters and should be able to optimize queries
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- Ability to develop an entire solution.
Strong experience desired in one or more of the following capabilities:
- Pricing Conjoint Analysis.
- Forecasting.
- Media Mix Modelling.
- Text Mining.
- Social Media Analytics.
- Experience in analytics for FAO ( PTP, OTC, ATR, BBP ) and FPNA would be preferred.
Educational Qualification:
An ideal candidate would have a master's degree or Ph.D. in Statistics/ Economics/Mathematics / CS or related subjects.
