Primary Purpose of the role
Sourcing, researching, networking, screening, evaluating and referring qualified candidates following the sourcing strategy given by HRBPs across different functions.
Key Tasks & Accountabilities
1. Develop deep understanding of customer group's organizational structure, processes and ideal candidate profile to lead hiring efforts and pipeline development.
2. Provide input to senior management and hiring managers based on this knowledge to create and drive targeted sourcing strategies.
3. Pre-screen the best quality resumes matching to the requisitions within the prescribed timelines
4. Ensures service measures are met in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
5. Ensure all security checks are carried out in line with company policies and procedures, ensuring the risk of fraud is minimized
6. Assist HRBPs in completing the various stages of the recruitment process
7. Record the feedback in the prescribed format and submit it for further processing while adhering to process flows
8. Support the HRBPs to build a robust talent pipeline and hire the best talent for various functions
Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
Education Qualification & Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in Business (or related), Engineering or Human Resources.
2. 3+ years of recruitment experience in non-IT roles (staffing agency, campus recruiting, etc)
3. Experience in working with job boards like LinkedIn, iimjobs, Naukri
Skills & Knowledge
1. Excellent standard or oral and written English with proven communication skills
2. Effective analytical and project planning/project management skills
3. Ability to work with people at all levels of the company and influence the decision process
4. Well versed with advanced ability in Microsoft Suite of tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Office, etc.)
5. Should be self-driven multitaskers who are adept at working within strict timelines
