Recruiter
The Recruiter is responsible for working with Hiring Managers and providing customer satisfaction with Recruitment services. The Recruiter will work closely with the stakeholders, ABI's operation management, and staff. The person in this role will define, develop, plan and implement recruiting strategies to provide a qualified candidate pool. This role requires project management and recruiting experience to meet customer satisfaction goals.
Responsibilities :
- Works with the Hiring Managers and business unit leaders to define and document hiring forecasts
- Work within predefined recruitment processes while monitoring that process to identify, recommend areas, improve and to ensure best practices at all times
- Identify new methods with the approach for sourcing of candidates and generating new leads
- Develop effective, long-term client-team and/or candidate relationships to build prospective networks, garnering positive feedback.
- Uses external talent pipeline and trend data to engage Client recruiters and/or respective towers to have productive discussions about Recruitment/sourcing opportunities and hiring process improvements.
- Identify and build partnerships with respective towers who may be better suited to hire a specific candidate.
- Own or set and contribute to sourcing strategies that increase the volume of leads for respective towers referral drives, networking events, competitor lay-off/redundancy, open-source communities, etc..
- Meet weekly/monthly/quarterly production goals as set by management team
- Work in conjunction with the SR Manager/Manager in the establishment of weekly/quarterly/yearly delivery goals
- Review, analyse, mentor and coach support teams to ensure recruiting goals are being met
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System & updated at all times (and other program tools)
- Use detailed screening and selection criteria to identify qualified candidates and determine the relevant strength of the candidates in the pool
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management
Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelor's/PG Degree in any stream of specialization
- Minimum 6+ years of progressive recruiting experience within an international corporate dynamic and search firm environments.
- Working knowledge of Social media recruiting and should be updated with current market trends.
- Ability to source Diverse talent, with prior experience to hire talent for middle and senior leadership roles.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple candidate searches, and projects.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Relentless focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective candidate relationships.
- Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
- Must have experience with building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
