End-to-end People Cycle process covering employee evaluation, development, and appraisal, in line with the organization's People philosophy. Key process-level activities include:

- Communication/coordination

- System admin

- Request resolution

- Event scheduling

- Presentation development

- Reporting

Primary Responsibilities include:

- Coordinate the daily activities of the TM team, ensuring tasks are carried out to a high standard and completed within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

- Act as admin for TM system and ensure accurate data flow from Master Data system

- Address employee queries raised through the ticketing system

- Manage communications with approved templates and content based on Employee Cycle calendar

- Schedule Performance Review meetings through the appropriate tool

- Create presentations for Performance Review meetings with right level of data

- Extract data from relevant systems and create reports using advanced Excel features

- Track and improve SLAs/KPIs, complete reports as necessary and present to stakeholders

- Identify & drive process improvement ideas / best practice sharing within the team

- Provide regular operational feedback to the TM Manager, escalating potential serious operational and client issues as soon as they arise

- Work collaboratively with other teams to provide seamless service
