1. PURPOSE OF ROLE
This is an offshore role responsible for driving quality & timely service delivery in Marketing Insights (Consumer and Shopper Insights) by collaboratively working with the in-country teams for all research studies and ad-hoc request support. Responsible for Data Management, Analysis, Reporting & Tracking of Insights and delivering ad-hoc requests for Marketing Insights (Shopper and Consumer Insights). Working with the in-country Insights teams to deep dive on business issues, provide recommendation and enable business take right decisions by using tools like IBM survey reporter (RFS), Explorer, Nielsen Answers .
2. KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Design and drive solutions to business issue
- Leading the continuous brand tracking survey for all the reporting requirements
- Performing Deep dives for Business Issues: Connecting dots of various data sources - Brand Health, Social Media, Sales data from Nielsen etc
- This role will be performing data analysis on data like brand/category/ segment/ region sales numbers, consumer and shopper qualitative or quantitate information, etc
- Perform Strategic/Special Projects: Projects run for meeting long terms goals which are not the usual tracking reports
- Consolidation MKT & Commercial: cross functional portfolio analytical projects (HH panel - Nielsen - Survey)
- Role to perform request execution, gather analysis / interpretation / learnings out of the data, share the data request output with Brand/Insights team & close the Request
- Work on end to end project and present data and reports in an easy to 'read and comprehend' manner
- Incorporate feedback provided by Insights Project Manager post review of reports/analysis generated
- Ensure ad-hoc reports and analysis are delivered as per agreed timelines
- Automation & Process Transformation: Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Insights process. Drive standardization and automation of process to drive efficiencies
- Interpret and present data/reports in an easy to 'read and comprehend' storytelling manner
- Devise long-term development strategies for brand health by benchmarking and creating best in class
Timeline Definition for Ad-hoc business issue
- Work with Insights manager to decide Time Estimation and Timeline Definition for every approved Request
- Responsible for communication of timelines to the Brand/Insights team
3. BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT

- Main Characteristics: This is an offshore role and requires comfort with working in virtual environment. GCC is referred to as the off-shore location from where the position will be based out of. Role requires to work in collaborative manner with country Marketing Insights managers and GCC commercial teams.
- Evaluation Criteria (Targets): Position will be responsible to support the Insights and brand managers across Europe. It will entail working very closely with the Insights delivery manager at GCC and in-country teams. The position is key to drive growth for business in marketing solutions.

- Challenges: Primary challenges may include high frequency of ad-hoc requests, insufficient or delayed data availability, unclear request requirements, ensuring 100% accuracy in the reports prepared and shared, ensuring reports are delivered as per schedule and presentation of data and reports in an easy to read and comprehend manner.
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

Level of educational attainment required:
- Graduate/Masters in the field of Business, Marketing, Analytics, or other equivalent degree or work experience
Professional qualifications and accreditations/memberships required:
- 5 years + of professional experience with prior experience in FMCG, Retail Insights & analytics or consulting companies
- Ideal candidate should have right mix of Business Context, Data and Technology skills
- Prior experience in managing and working with multiple data sources
Previous work experience required
- 5 years + with relevant experience in market research and analytics
- Experience in liaising with multiple vendors/agencies/stakeholders
Language skills required
- Fluent English (speaking, reading and writing)
Technical Competencies
- Proficient in Advanced MS Excel (Pivots, calculated fields, Conditional formatting, charts, dropdown lists etc.) and MS PowerPoint
- User knowledge & experience in Looker, PowerBI and SPSS
- User knowledge & experience of working with SQL/related query system.
- Statistical knowledge for deep diving data
