AB InBev - Operation Analytics Role

About the Role:

- Understanding the business problem and translating into an analytical problem

- Coming up with an analytical solution and documenting

- Building model using analytics/AI/ML to solve problems

- Working with the Analytics Manager to create a project plan

- Working with Data Scientists as well as individually to implement the analytical solution, supporting them as required

- Doing research on advanced and better ways of solving the problems than how they are normally done and inculcating new learnings to the team,

- Extracting analytical insights and translating them to business insights and interacting with business stakeholders

Roles and Responsibilites:

- Strong Analytical Skills

- Ability to develop an entire solution

- Deliver on end to end solution/model end to end independently

- Strong experience desired in one or more of the following capabilities:

- Pricing Conjoint Analysis

- Forecasting

- Media Mix Modelling

- Text Mining

- Social Media Analytics

- Experience in analytics for FAO ( PTP, OTC, ATR, BBP ) and FPNA would be preferred.

- Evaluation Criteria (Targets):Business Value($) delivered through Analytics, AI and Machine

- Key Dimensions and Contacts: Operations transformation using analytics, AI and Machine learning

- Geographical Scope: GCC All Towers.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

Please list the following requirements

- Level of educational attainment required:

- Ideal candidate would have a master's degree or Bachelor in Statistics/ Economics/Mathematics / CS or related subjects.

- Professional qualifications and accreditations/memberships required:

Previous work experience required

- 4-6 years- experience, in advanced analytics doing complex models.

- CPG experience preferred.

- FAO and FPNA domain knowledge preferred

Language skills required

- Excellent communication skills

IT skills required

- R, SAS, Python, Advanced Excel, at least one programming language (C++ / Java)

- Conceptual understanding of various modelling techniques, pros and cons of each technique

- Desired: Advanced SQL - should know internal workings of hadoop clusters and should be able to optimize queries

- Experience on Qlik view/sense would be preferred
